The 2023 spent time on its lees in concrete tanks and old casks – this is an important part of the maturation and gives incredible texture and palate weight to the wine. Chenin blanc has a lot of structure on it’s own, but we added just a tiny bit of Semillon and Grenache blanc to the wine to round it off. The aromas are flinty with honey, orange blossom and white stone fruit notes.
